NAACP Alachua County Branch Mass Meeting - Save Our Schools

The State of Florida has listed several schools, all on the East side of Alachua County, as "needing improvement." This designation comes with a promise of serious consequences if students don't test better. Many children attending these schools need more help than the schools can give.

The Alachua County Branch of the NAACP needs your help in saving our schools. We are asking all pastors and members of congregations, social, and civic organizations to attend this important mass meeting. Superintendent Shane Andrews, Board Member Dr. Leanetta McNealy, and the Principals of the schools in need of improvement will be in attendance
